Listing Attendee Form Custom Field Data

I’ve created a custom Attendee Form with two custom fields (name of guest and meal choice). After a user has booked an event, I need a way to easily view a list of these fields. However, when I select “Bookings Table Settings” on the Event Bookings Dashboard the Attendee Form custom fields are not listed.
How can I extract the data from the Attendee Form custom fields without having to open each attendee’s booking?
