Listening Well and Getting It Right!

I was having a problem which was hard to describe fully and involved a number of “moving parts”…Rather than guess what I meant Loren suggested i screen cast what was going on… and guided me to use Loom to put it together. A first for me. I sent it along and very shortly thereafter came a full video demonstration of what the issue was and how to do it. Thrilling. Felt like the “new age” of support. Despite my neophyte, learner status Loren went above and beyond to help. Count me a loyal customer. Thanks. – John Daly
