Listbox lookup for child table

In Data project templates you can set up relations either for a listbox lookup or a 1:n child table relationship. If you have a table containing member ids that can be related to a corresponding name via a listbox lookup, consider the possibility that a child table might also contain related member ids, which you would also like to show as a name rather than a number. Can this be done?
