I tested WP-Rollback 1.3 & 1.4, didn’t work there either…
Suspect that the latest WordPress update is the issue.

Hey guys, I just tried to replicate that problem and could not. See here:

I tried the following:

1) Installed latest Woo (which is actually 3.3.4 now)
2) Rolled back to Woo 3.3.3 in case the problem was just with that version
3) Activated the Alegiant theme
4) Activated Woo Services and Jetpack

Between each of those steps I tested Rollback on WooCommerce again and was NOT able to replicate your issue.

So here’s my suggestion. Please try using the free Health Check plugin to see if there is another plugin on your site that is preventing WP Rollback from working as expected. This enables you to deactivate all plugins and set your site to a default theme ONLY for you, not for your live site viewers. See our tutorial on that here:

I’d suggest the following:
1) Install and Activate Health Check
2) Set Health Check to Troubleshooting mode
3) Enable WP Rollback and WooCommerce and test whether Rollback works as expected
4) IF it does (which it should) then activate your other plugins one at a time until you encounter the problem again. Then let me know the plugin that triggered the conflict so I can replicate the issue.

I tried to activate Troubleshooting mode in Health Check with only Woo and WP Rollback, problem with that for me was that there was no Rollback link:

So I actually did that live, disabled all plugins on my site except Woo (3.3.4) and WP Rollback, chose Twenty Seventeen theme. Still the same problem.

I have tested this with your same setup and have NOT been able to replicate this problem in any way. I would suggest reaching out to your hosting company to see if there are any special server-side rules that restrict communications with outside websites at all.

For example, do you need to enter FTP credentials in order to install plugins on your site? Or is there any other unique things about how you install plugins on your site or update from www.remarpro.com at all?
