List View options elongated into single column

I saw this issue mentioned earlier in the support requests, but I didn’t see a solution. List View in Library is completely messed up – see screen cap:

I tried deactivating ALL plugins (there aren’t many to start with, this is a test site), but even with Enhanced Media Library as the ONLY active plugin, list view is gummed up. With EML deactivated, it is fine, regardless of what other plugins are or are not activated.
Divi 2.5 with WP 4.3.1
Any ideas?
