Can you share a link? Disabling list JS should cause the view to default to expanded.

The list JS is not disabled on that page; if it’s showing as disabled in the admin, perhaps you have a caching issue?

It’s a CSS problem; if you add

.mcjs.mc-main.listjs .details { display: block; }

at WordPress > Customize > Additional CSS, that should take care of it for you. I’ll take a look at fixing this in the next release; it’s my CSS issue, not yours!
