I have found a workaround for this.
Use Advanced Ads plugin.
Create 2 ads. Use shortcode for full calendar in rich text editor for one add. Set a condition for it to not be displayed on mobile, use shortcode for list in rich text editor for another add. Set a condition for it to only be displayed on mobile.
Create a group, and ad both ads to that group.
Go to placements, and create a placement for the group to be auto inserted wherever you want your schedule to be.
Note within the display condition of each ad, you may also want to set a specific page to show your ad, otherwise it will be auto inserted throughout the site.
