list view doesn’t show media files

    Hi,
    the list view doesn’t show any media files in “all files”, “unorganized” or in our created folders. With thumbnail view everything alright.
    What’s going wrong?

    Thanks for reaching out. It seems a conflict with your theme or plugins.
    Please try change theme or disable other plugins 1 by 1 to see if it helps.

    Dear Ninja Team,

    thank you for your prompt reply.
    we tried solving the issue by disabling all other plugins and using the default wordpress themes.
    Unfortunately the error was not fixed.

    Are there any other possibilities?

    It seems to be a database issue. Could you please export these tables and send us to email [email protected], we will check for you.

    wp_term_taxonomy
    wp_termmeta
    wp_terms
    wp_term_relationships
