List view display

The grid and list view options are not default to WooCommerce core itself, and it seems that this is a feature of the current theme you are using on your site (Base theme)

Since support related to third-party themes is outside our scope of support,?I’d suggest reaching out to the respective theme developers for further help with this, as they would be in a better position to guide you here.
