I have set up list view with the “Show all event titles next to the date” box checked. The navigation button to the calendar puts it in grid view, i.e., the URL is: https://<domain-name>/my-calendar/?format=grid.

When I then select list view, all of the events on all days show. However, when I use the browser refresh button to refresh the page, list view collapses and only the dates show, not the events on each date.

    Is this a bug?

Added later: The behavior described above occurs when I am logged into the site. If I am not logged in, toggling to list view does not result in all events showing for the calendar dates. It just shows the dates.

Added yet later:: If I display the calendar as described above, while logged out, list view is not showing the events for each date. If I then log in, it still doesn’t show the events for each date. So, it may be that being logged in/out doesn’t affect the display. There may simply be a problem with list view or the option “Show all event titles next to the date” that isn’t working properly.

That sounds a little bit like a problem with the scripting targeting the list mode; but without seeing the page in question, I can’t be more specific.

It appears this problem has to do with some interaction between the Enfold theme and the plugin. A new version of Enfold was released yesterday. When I updated the web site to it, the problem now seems solved. However, the events for the current day are only shown. I am not sure what the expected behavior of checking the box labeled – “Show all event titles next to the date” – should be. Should all events for all days be shown or only those events for the current day?

I’m not 100% sure what you’re trying to get; do you want the entire list format to be expanded when you switch to it, rather than having it collapsed by date into an accordion-like format? If so, then you’d want to disable the My Calendar list scripting under My Calendar > Script Manager.

The option ‘Show all event titles next to the date’ adds the titles of all events on that date in the header that’s used to toggle the events visibility.

I’m the technical guy. What is desired is set by the person(s) who maintain(s) the calendar. It turns out he/they are now satisfied with the display. Thanks a lot for your help.
