List parent and children only, parent unselectable.

  • Here’s the idea. I have a navigation structure like this:

    Home
    – Parent 1
    — Child 1
    — Child 2
    – Parent 2
    — Child 1
    — Child 2

    I want to list ONLY:

    – Parent 1
    — Child 1
    — Child 2
    – Parent 2
    — Child 1
    — Child 2

    and have the parent links unselectable; all this without a plugin, is that possible? Any insight? Is esmi out there, that dude knows everything.
