List of users not shown after 58 users

Can you elaborate the issue? How many users should there be?

Note: There is a limit implemented that switches to a search based interface if you have more than 100 users

Can i disable this limit to show more than 100 users ?

Definitely, see docs for a filter: https://github.com/JoryHogeveen/view-admin-as/wiki/Filters#view_admin_as_user_query_limit

Example:

add_filter( 'view_admin_as_user_query_limit', function() {
    return 200;
} );

Change this to a very high number to effectively disable the limit.
