I am using the shortcode so that the user can see the courses they have signed up for. But the problem I have is that when I see it in mobile mode, the course the student is in and the other one we have available appears. I have updated both the LMS and the Pro version to the latest version of Sensei, but I am not sure if this happens to me since I did the update or it happens before. I leave the url above so you can check it. I have tried deleting the shortcode section and recreating it and the same thing comes out. If you need any screenshots, tell me.

    Thanks for all.

    Hi @albertoaye ,

To help us troubleshoot this issue, could you provide us with the exact shortcode you are using on the user courses page?

    Hi, Deric.

This is the shortcode that I am using: [sensei_user_courses]

    Hi @albertoaye

We got a report about a similar issue, but couldn’t reproduce it.

Here is the issue in our GitHub: https://github.com/Automattic/sensei/issues/6944

Could you provide a step-by-step guide to reproduce the issue?

Meantime, have you considered the Course List block instead of the shortcode?

Thanks for the reply. But I have checked it again and the purchased and non-purchased courses already appear as they should be in the mobile view. In any case, when designing the page with Elementor, I did not have the possibility of using the course listing block that you proposed. I do not know how it will have been solved if there has not been any update in between. Thanks again, Dmitry.

As we could not reproduce this issue from our end, we suspect that there might be some plugin conflicts causing this.

Could you try using troubleshooting mode to disable all plugins except for Sensei to check if this is the case?

    1. Install Health Check plugin on your site
    2. Download and install Twenty Twenty on your site if not installed already
    3. Go to Installed Plugins. Click Troubleshoot on Sensei
    4. Try viewing the page with [sensei_user_courses] shortcode
    5. Once you are done, go back to wp-admin and disable troubleshooting mode through the top bar.

    Hello @albertoaye

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
