list of subscribers -> Mailchimp

  • People are subscribing on my website through IgniteUp. They receive a confirmation and I receive an e-mail saying ‘You have a new subscriber to your website via IgniteUp subscribe form.’
    That’s fine, but how can I import these subscribers into MailChimp? And I mean, without me exporting and importing these addresses.

    Normally that should go ‘automatic’ because in Manage Integrations I checked ‘Enable’
    Save subscribers to: and here I choose ‘Mailchimp’

    Below stays ‘Mailchimp v2.0’
    and I filled in the Mailchimp API Key, and I know for sure that I have the correct key

    Then I have to select the list, what I also did.

    This seems all perfect, and addresses should come in Mailchimp as API-Generic, but that doesn’t happen.
    What am I doing wrong?

    concerning Mailchimp.

    On your website you write ‘Mailchimp and Mailpoet Integration’.
    I bought ‘Compact’ on your shop.
    It is impossible to link this ‘Coming Soon’ to Mailchimp.
    I filled in all this:
    Mailchimp v2.0

    If you need to use Mailchimp integration, provide an API key. So we can get you the mailing lists that you have in your Mailchimp account to select.

    I HAVE A KEY, but it’s not working.
    Does I have to do with the fact that you use Mailchimp v2.0 while Mailchimp is already v3?
    The other thing is: I write direct to IgniteUp, but I don’t receive any reaction.
    WHY?
    Please help!!!
