Please refer this document, it will show you how to do it https://github.com/LearnPress/LearnPress/wiki/How-to-override-LearnPress-templates. In your case,try to override file sidebar-questions.php in directory learnpress/templates/quiz/

I’m wondering how I can list the preview of the list of questions before the quiz is taken. Your screenshot shows how to remove the title only.
