I’d like to know if there were IPs which were caught by this plugin and sent to Fullworks Firewall, but it appears that neither plugin offers a list of offending IPs. Am I looking in the wrong place or is it true that neither provide a list?

    Good morning,

You are correct in that neither plugin provide a display of IPs, obviously the IP is used to create a block, in the case of this plugin, that would only be in the syslog ( as used by Fail2Ban ) and the hook to ‘Fullworks Firewall’ the IPs are stored on a database table while ‘bans’ are in place.

Do you think a display of banned / blocked Ip would be useful? What would you do with the information?

    Hi Alan,

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I do think it would be helpful to have a list of IPs, for the following reasons:
    1) Looking to see if the plugins have been useful on the site where it’s installed and help me decide whether I should install it on another site too.
    2) Cross reference this IP list with IPs that have been caught trying to brute force or otherwise login.
    3) See which countries the IPs are from (if there was a column with country info).

    Thanks for the suggestions.
