List of Forms not Loading

My list of forms have stopped loading on several of my sites. The Dashboard just displays “Loading Forms” and it never updates.

When I go to Submissions, I can see the list of forms in the drop-down, but I can no longer edit my forms. I just updated again today hoping that the latest version has a patch, but I’m still seeing the same error.
