List of Blogs in which user is registered

Hi,
I have a multisite in which most Blogs are private and most users are not involved in more than 2 or 3 separate Blogs so your plugin would be very fine but it shows all Blogs so my question is:
Would it be possible to add a function which reduces the list to the blogs to in which the user is registered in (maybe by option in widgetsetup) ?
