list of authors book-author

I can’t guarantee compatibility with the Alphabetic Pagination plugin as I’ve never used that and I have no idea how it works.

There is no list of authors built into the plugin. You can look at a list of books by a single author by going to /book-author/author-name/

Books by series is something that’s coming. It’s conceivable that, when displaying a list of books by an author, that they are broken down by series within that list. I’ll add that to the ticket.
