List of abandoned cart with no email

    Hello,

    i am using both the lite and pro version on different web site. In the pro site I can not get the list of all carts from visitors that did not gave their email address, while I have this list in the lite version.

    Is there any setup that I have not done properly ?

    Also, going from lite to pro I lost history of abandoned cart. Is this normal ?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Can you confirm if you have the “Do not track carts of guest users” option activated? If yes, deactivate it and let me know how it goes. You can find the option in WooCommerce >> Abandoned Carts >> Settings >> General >> Cart Settings.

    No, the switch for “Do not track carts of guest users” is off.

    @camouyer can you share screenshots of the settings cart settings (under the settings tab)?

    As for the abandoned cart history not being migrated from the lite to pro version, you’ll need to run the migration feature for this. You can find it in the plugins list. Screenshot reference here: https://imgur.com/a/RTZuW84
