I’ve created a list and I have 49 “Resident” users. I’m not sure what’s going on, but only 9 of the 49 are showing in the list. I’ve updated the plugin, I’ve also deleted and re-installed the plugin and nothing seems to fix the issue. I’m using the same plugin on another site and that site only has 8 users but right now all 8 are showing. I’ve compared settings to make sure both lists are using the same, and they are.

Here is a screen shot of my settings, https://www.bluehawkhoa.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/amr-user-list.png

    Hi,
this is usually because the data doesn’t have the values that you think it has. I see you are using the first role field. Please note it says FIRST ROLE. It only pulls out the FIRST ROLE that each user has. SO any given user CANNOT have a first role of resident AND a first role of realtor.

    First remove the exclude/include.
    Rebuild cache.
See what values come up in the fields and how many users. Do they look exactly right? How many are residents (in first role)?
    Now add say the include.
    Rebuild cache.

    Does it give expected results?

Since the first role only shows the “first” role found, there is NO point in doing an exclude at the same time as an include.

It may be that you have users with multiple roles. An update is coming soon (day or 2) which allows one to show and query the multiple roles (was actually aimed as a bbpress request but should work for you too)

If you still think the results are ‘wrong’ ie there are users who are residents, but not realtors, then please get into phpmyadmin and doublecheck the wp-capabilities usermeta and see who is missing from your list and perhaps see if you can see why.

OK. Thanks. I got it to work by removing the all the exclude/includes I had and then just setting up the exclude for the username.
