List not displaying more than 5 or 10 posts

If I use the shortcode [display-posts], it shows only 10 posts. If I use the shortcode [display-posts posts_per_page=”199″] or [display-posts posts_per_page=”99″], it shows only 5 posts.

I had similar question and on another thread the plugin developer (Bill) indicated to do this:
“You can set posts_per_page=”-1″ to display all results.”
