I am currently using 2 Constant Contact forms on a website. One connected to a list no problem, but the second one will not.

I have a list selected to add subscribers to, but once it is saved, the backend says No Associated List.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Did you do any list management/cleanup recently? We’re wondering if maybe the list got removed or lost and is not able to be found any more, thus the messaging there. Otherwise, we’d need to check on some things around this functionality.

In the meantime, when you submit to the form in question, does it actually still sign people up into the intended list? May just be a visual thing in the UI more than an issue with the list itself.

No, the list is actually brand new. How long does it take for a list to pull over into the plugin?

It should generally be getting sync’d up in your WordPress admin right away once connecting your account.

If they’re still sending and adding to the list when submitting to the form, then we’re not quite as worried about the “no associated form” detail as that is meant more for visual detail.

Beyond that, like the person above said, we would need to check on things at a deeper level for your specific situation to see what may be going on. It’s not a widespread reported issue at the moment.
