List no longer exists

    Hi,

    I have created an automation which is triggered following a woocommerce product purchase. After successfully testing the automation with three different users, I went live.

    However the first customer who entered the automation was held in a ‘pending’ status for a short period of time before being removed completely by the system..

    Upon checking the customer’s contact status I noticed that immediately after entering the the automation, the system then updated them to “contact was update and added to list List no longer exist”
