List Nav missing from Glossary Index in v.4.0.5

At the moment, I have returned to Version 3.9.21 of CM Tooltip Glossary. If it doesn’t solve it, I could look for another alternative.

The option was removed accidentally, we’re restoring it in 4.0.6 which we’ll release later today.

the alphabetical navigation in the glossary index and the tooltips are now visible again.

Just a new issue: is it impossible to hide the terms counter? I can’t find the setting, and I can’t find the CSS selector. Please, see https://imgur.com/fbdzDyV
