List Margins Look Bad

On homepage we have a top offers list in the sidebar. On Firefox though it looks awful, like it’s dropped down. And even on Chrome it’s not perfect, it has a slight indent on the list.

We used the same code for it as we did the lists on the white page so I don’t understand why it’s playing up.

Any ideas?
