list ID & extra redirect

    I like your plugin, but have 2 questions:

    1) I need to enter the list ID instead of the list name. Otherwise I get a “list not active” error message. Can you please update the instructions?

    2) I would like to see another parameter added: the redirect when somebody is already on the list:

    <input type="hidden" name="meta_redirect_onlist" value="https://..." />

    Can you please add this to the plugin?
