    I’m at my wits’ end with this plugin. I am a paying customer and can’t get any support. Still trying to set it up.

    When I uploaded my double opt in list from the previous provider, it marked half as requiring confirmation. I ran the list through cleaning services, then uploaded again making sure it was set to update the information.

    After four hours of working on the lists, I was finally satisfied with the result. Alas, within 15 minutes, all my work was gone – the lists reverted to what they were before the edits.

    I have been trying to get a response via email for days. I have the pro plan.

    Ridiculous lack of support.
