    Hi there, I have entered my Aweber authorisation 3 times now – and just get a black cross to the side of it. No mailing list appears for me to link my landing page to either. Please help!!! Thank you.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Please make sure that you have removed Landing Page Cat from the list of authorized apps in the account area of Aweber and try to enter the auth code again.

    Let us know if it still does not work out and we’ll see what we can do to assist you next.

    Hi there, thanks for getting back to me. i removed the Landing Page Cat from the list of authorised apps in the integration area of Aweber – but I think all this has done is disable Landing Page Cat from another sign up form (to my same list) from a different website. So I will have to try and integrate that again. But the same black cross is still appearing next to my authorisation code when I put it into my WP site. And still no mailing list to choose from. Please see if you can help further. Thank you.

    Hi there, PLEASE can you get back to me with an alternative solution for this? Really bizarre but it just won’t accept my authorisation code. I can even give you login details in private email for you to go and try yourself if that would help?? Sorry to hassle you but I would love to use this plugin but really don’t know what else to do! All help super-appreciated – thanks!

    Hello Julietterb,

    Sorry, we were not able to get back to you sooner. We have been running shorthanded for a little while and are trying to get caught up now.

    Anyway, we had a few complaints about this, that have since been resolved. Please make sure you are on the newest version, and let me know if the issue persists.
