List documents dependent on user role

Hi !

I am using the Ultimate Member plugin for my website and it provides me control over which files will be displayed on the front end depending on the user’s role. Still, I would need to do the same on the back end. I found the place the documents are filtered but I am unsure about how to display, on the back-end listing, only the documents the user should have access to.

Can you provide me a little help on this ?
