List Date display Help

Hi

I wonder if the display of the date can be changed from this.
10th February, 2015 – 12th February, 2015
to this 10th to 12th February, 2015

and when date is just two day e.g 10th February, 2015 – 11th February can it be changes to 10th to 11th February?

I have tried jS -jS, No joy.
