List children of specific parent, HELP!

  • Pulling my hair out. I have a separate template that I’m using for a few specific pages and I want the same menu to show up on each page, including the children/grandchildren. I tried the following but it isn’t working, although it would be perfect..

    <?php
    wp_list_pages(‘title_li=&child_of=245’) ?>

    I have spent two days on this and can’t figure it out. I am pleading with the WP community to point me in the right direction. I am also using it with the Spry Horizontal menu, not that that should matter but…

    Anyone?
