List Builder not 'Pushing' to Mailchimp List

Actually I experienced the same as well. I think some of the subscriber did sent to my mailchimp account. But it seem like not really constant.
Please help me diagnose as well. I did send my details to the email mentioned above.

I’m experiencing the same issue with SumoMe List Builder + Mailchimp integration.

Love the product, hope you guys can get this ironed out ??

Hey Y’all

There is a fix.

To change that login to your account on https://mailchimp.com Click on Lists in the top menu. Then below the list’s name hover over “Settings” and click “fields and merge tags”. Clear the checkbox “Required” for all fields and merge tags and click on the Save button.

I have done all of this. But I still can’t get my subscribers to the Mailchimp list. Please help fast

I’ve cleared all the required check in Mailchimp but it still doesn’t push the email to my list. It seems that the problem happen to everyone.

The support on this Sumo Me is absolutely terrible. The concept is great but im having numerous problems with their apps.

The list builder won’t sync any contacts to mailchimp. I unticked required box in mailchimp and also ensured in the connections box that it was going to the correct list yet still its not going anywhere when i put my test email in.

I then tried my contact form app. Entered in my test email and despite putting the correct email in for delivery nothing has come through.

These apps are essentially useless unless they do they job advertised. Im on the verge of uninstalling it. I wish it worked as it could be a great tool

Hey everyone.

There are two reasons why your subscribers aren’t being pushed to your Mailchimp list.

1) Your subscribers are not clicking the link in the confirmation e-mail sent to them by Mailchimp. SumoMe will not push the subscriber do your list unless they give permission.
