List both featured and non-featured downloads?

    It seems that the following two shortcodes are equivalent:
    [downloads category=mycategory]
    [downloads category=mycategory featured=false]

    in that both will exclude featured downloads from the list.

    Is there a way to specify a download list request that ignores the value of the featured attribute? What I require is the equivalent of:

    [downloads category=mycategory featured=true OR false]
