List available updates for blocked plugins/themes

    Beautiful! ??

    Except for one thing: It would be fantastic if the update page could still list available updates even for blocked plugins & themes, instead of pretending they don’t exist.

    At least for me, the main purpose of blocking individual items from updating via the click of a button is because they are modded. Simply means I will have to update those items manually, but how can I do that if the dashboard stops telling me there’s an update available in the first place?

    Heya, we’ve looked and there are no hooks available on the updates screen where we can hook in. Seems like this plugin is ahead of its time in that regard.

    Like Ronald said there isn’t really a hook that we can use to do this.

    Well actually there are – or at least there must be, otherwise the competition couldn’t be doing it.

    Maybe that plugin found some obscure workaround to do it. Although, like Ronald said in his comment above, there is no hook to do it. So for that reason this is not possible. If a hook does come available that does this then we can consider adding this feature.

    To translate: You’re actually not interested.

    Because if you were, you’d have downloaded the plugin and found out by now. ?? Fair enough – a shame nonetheless.
