List and users

Hello everyone, im looking for a login plugin and “ultimate member” is the most complete for now. But, i need only two things.
1) The users kind “workers” can add a list (only name) from you customers, and everytime they login, they can see the list and they can modify it whenever they want.

2) The users kind “client” can upload images and fill a form that i create, but every form and image upload, must have the name for the user.

the most important for me its the number one. The number 2 could be a simple form what i send for mail.
