I have a problem that I don’t understand. I have created a list similar to the Newsletter but called Promotion, with the checkbox on the checkout page. After making a test order, it is 1 subscribed but when I go to the list I always see 0. The same for the segmentation, I see zero even though I created the segmentation of users who buy 1 particular product. It always comes out all at zero, but the subscriber comes out right 1 and I see that they have been assigned correctly in the lists, but when I go to see them, it remains at 0

    thanks in advance

    Hi @darkuss,

It could be that the recalculation for the number of subscribers on each list hasn’t been done yet for the Lists page.

If you have already clicked on the “Recalculate now” button and the numbers were not updated, it could be a caching issue. Do you have any caching plugins installed? If so, can you please try clearing the cache and click on the “Recalculate now” button again to see if it shows the right number of subscribers for each list?

    Let us know.

it is not a cache problem, in the video I also show that I clean the cache, I had already tried to recalculate by clicking on “recalculate now”. The buy action is not segmented ??

Thanks for confirming, that’s pretty odd indeed. Could you please make a new test while conflict testing this issue with only the MailPoet plugins and WooCommerce active?

Here’s a full tutorial for that process that will allow us to discard a conflict with other plugins or the theme: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

Please keep us posted, we’ll be glad to keep troubleshooting this issue with you.

    Thanks

    Hi there @darkuss,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
