List additions not working…need help.

I have downloaded and activated the plugin on my wordpress site which uses the Avada template. I reached out to CC and was told that there may be issues with the CCForms plugin as related to other plugins within Avada. CC has indicated that there is a two day delay in email addys uploading to the designated list on CC, which I have an account. Cron has been activated. Can you tell me if there are bugs that exist related to the CCForms plugin and other plugins on my Avada template?
