Linkworth

Ok, probably a dumb question, but I am still new. I got Linkworth, and want to add it to my blog. I have tried a few places to add the 3 codes…
you have to add
<div id=”lw_context_ads”>
</div>

and the one jsut before the /body tag, I did that as there is probably only one /body tag. I added that one in the footer. But where do I put the other 2? I have tired places, with the test on, but I see nothing.
