Links wont open PDF by clicking. You have to right click and open new tab.

I have links to PDF’s that I have downloaded to my media file section.

This is located in my header.php file

This problem is uniform for all links on any pages of my website that I try to link to a pdf that I have uploaded to my wordpress media section.

IF you RIGHT CLICK and open in NEW TAB it loads just fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
