Links won't open in New Window

Plugin works great, but I can’t get the links to open in a new window.

I selected “_blank — new window or tab” for the target on each individual link (in the links section), and also added the following code to the plugin settings:

<li><a target="_blank" href="[link_url]">[link_name]</a>
[optional <br />[link_description]||]</li>
</ul>
</div>

Any ideas why it’s not working? It opens all of the links in the same window.
