Links with umlauts not working.

    Great plugin!

    I have a site with ? and ? (umlauts) in the domain name (for example f?rderung.de). The generated links in the newsletters pointing to my site aren’t working (error 404, not found). It’s working when I use a domain name without umlauts (“oe” instead of “?”, example: foerderung.de).

    Could it be, that urls the the extended character sets (punycode) aren’t working?
