Links to Webmaster tools not working

The links to the Bing and Google webmaster tools now don’t go to any Bing or Google site. The Google one, for example, goes to:
https://8rkh4sskhh.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/gsg/v1/sitemap-gwt
This link produces a 404 error. Any idea what is happening?
