Links to uploaded files are showing URLs instead images icons

Hi, in my directory list i have links to files uploaded in a form (docx, mp3, pdf). Instead each links showing the icons of each kind of files, it shows the file’s URL. In others times it has shown the icons, now it changed. How can i solve this, please?
