It is possible using Social activity and Followers extensions.

We are using the Social Activity, but can’t see how this features a link to a user profile in a post via shortcode og @syntax. Please a bit more information ??

The @user link is only possible on the social activity wall.
If you’ve purchased our Social activity extension please submit a support ticket via our website so we can provide fast support and answer your questions.

As I understand the answer is no, right? As long as it is not a bug or trouble using the modules I don’t understand why you want me to create a incident on your website? Sorry if I totally misunderstand you.
