Links to pages outside blog not working – I’ve looked everywhere, help!

Hello all,
I’m having a huge problem with links within my posts. For example when you click the first link on this post – https://nektros.com/2006/06/20/fan-fiction-writer-fayth82/ – it takes you here:
https://nektros.com/go.php?https://www.geocities.com/fayth82
Instead of here:
https://www.geocities.com/fayth82
Yes, I’ve tried everything. I turned off my WYSIWYG editor and the visual rich editor. With the WYSIWYG editor switched off, I place this in the post box – [a href=”https://www.geocities.com/fayth82″ title=”Fayth82 Home Page”>here] …… with <> instead of [] – and it still doesn’t work!
Please, please, please help!
EDIT: This also happens on some of my pages. >:(
