Links to https://w3.org within theme

We’ve been having issues with our ssl certificate due to “mixed contents”. So basically, the problem are 29 links such as
https://www.w3.org/1999/xlink
https://www.w3.org/2000/svg
etc. that are basically part of the theme and cannot be edited by me.Is there any solution to this?
