Links to full size image broken

    I recently moved the blog See-Online.info. The author is a friend of mine, but we ran into some troubles.

    After importing the old articles and updating urls “old” (written before the migration) articles have problems with their pictures. Not only are the featured images not shown (but this is another problem not to be discussed here), but the images in the articles do not link correctly to the full size anymore!

    For exampl lets use this article.
    The image displays correctly (police car). If you click it, we get a 404 to https://aktuelles-bodensee.de/wp-content/uploads/polizeiautohintenP1030142-1.jpg
    If I open the article editor, select the image and click “Link with image” it is linked to https://www.aktuelles-bodensee.de/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/polizeiautohintenP1030142-11.jpg However, this also produces a 404.

    Interestingly it should link to https://aktuelles-bodensee.de/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/polizeiautohintenP1030142-1-250x187112.jpg

    What has happened and how dfo I fix that for +5000 articles?
