Links take me to the wrong page

I and some of my users have an issue which I’ve noticed on several of my wordpress blogs hosted with a particular host (it hasn’t occurred with any other host).

Sometimes when I click a link (including external links to my site), I’m taken to the wrong page (including the wrong URL). Refreshing the page doesn’t fix it but if I click the back button and then click the same link again, I’m taken to the correct page. When the error occurs I’m taken to a seemingly random page of my blog.

I only suffer the problem around once or twice a week so I’ve put up with it but now more people are coming to the website and giving me feedback, I realise, although intermittent, it is quite a problem.

I’m using the latest version of wordpress but it has been happening for at least a year on other blogs. I use a modified version of iNove theme most of the time.
