Links Suddenly Not Working

    Hi, I discovered this plugin thanks to wpbeginner. I tried it out on our staging site first (sorry for some reason Local won’t work on my PC) and at first it worked beautifully. In trying to add a link to one image in the gallery, however, none of the options to include the URL were visible.

    So I created a new gallery, added all 6 images and tried to include URLs. First time, success; now, no URL option for any of the gallery images.

    I’m using Windows 7, SP1; WordPress 5.3.2; Gutenberg; theme is GeneratePress; host is InMotionHosting on a shared server.

    What puzzles me is that it worked fine except for the one image at first; then, didn’t.

    I would sure appreciate any suggestions. I was so excited to find this plugin because the gallery links worked on mobile as well as desktop and the video gallery plugin I tried previously did not work on mobile.

    Try to disable any plugins that can have something to do with this and change your theme maybe?

    Thanks for getting back to me. I can’t change my Pro theme as our whole site is built around it. I’ve disabled a video lazy loader plugin with no result. I may try disabling some others, but not sure any others could be causing the problem.

    Update: I just tried the WordPress 2020 theme and the issue is still there: no option to insert link URLs.
